The bungalows are scattered in groups among the trees, some houses are semi-detached, others are self-supporting and all have a terrace or balcony with garden furniture. They lie close to a parking lot, sometimes a bit further away and are accessible by stairs or a path. Since the park is almost free of cars, children can romp in the woods. The park has the following facilities: swimming pool (July to August) with terrace and snack bar (open July and August), 2 tennis courts, playground, miniature golf, fishing pond.
